How to redeem $RUG?

$RUG can be redeemed for the product (physical limited edition FTX Rug) on the overHere protocol.

1. Access the DApp: Go to the overHere DApp and connect your wallet. Select “Redeem” (Note: You must have a minimum of 1 $RUG token in your wallet to be able to redeem).

2. Select $RUG Quantity: Confirm number of $RUG you wish to redeem. (Note: $RUG can currently only be redeemed one at a time)

3. Enter Shipping Details: Click “Enter Shipping Address” and provide the necessary information.

4. Confirm Shipping: Review and confirm your shipping details carefully. Once the redemption process begins, these details cannot be altered.

5. Finalize Redemption: Click “Confirm Redemption” to complete the transaction. Remember, this action is irreversible.

6. Email Confirmation & Delivery: You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Your physical FTX Rug will be shipped to your nominated address within 60 days.

Can I change shipping address after redemption?

No - once confirmed, redemption details are final and unchangeable. 1 $RUG will be burned (permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered). Learn more.

Can I sell the redeemed physical rug (product) back to overHere?

No - whilst $RUG token can be sold back to the overHere protocol at any time, once the token has been redeemed for the product, the token is burned permanently and the product cannot be sold back to the overHere protocol.
