Issue 1: Unable to Claim Tokens Due to "Linked - Not Eligible" Message

  • Cause: You may not meet the eligibility criteria based on your engagement history or current participation.

Issue 2: Transaction Failed When Claiming Tokens

  • Cause: Insufficient SOL in your wallet to cover transaction fees or network congestion.

  • Solution:

    • For New embedded Wallets Created via OverHere: We cover the fees, so try again later if the network is busy.

    • For Existing Wallets: Ensure you have enough SOL in your wallet. Consider adding more SOL and retrying.

Issue 3: Can't Connect Wallet or Social Account

  • Cause: Browser compatibility issues or popup blockers.

  • Solution:

    • Use a different browser or device. Desktop is recommended for best experience.

    • If you are accessing from mobile, use Phantom wallet in-app browser.

    • If you are accessing from desktop, ensure you have the Phantom wallet extension installed.

    • Disable any popup blockers or browser extensions that may interfere.

Issue 4: My social account has already been linked with another account.

  • Solution: You may have logged into OverHere previously using the social account you are trying to link. Try log out and log in again using the social account you are attempting to link. Contact our support team on contact@overhere.gg with your account details if you require further support.
